Exceptional
Overall the penthouse was decent and in a good location. Sadly, WiFi was only in living room considering the amount of r
Liked: - Host and daughter of the host was VERY attentive and responsive when checking in and if we needed any help during our stay. - The designated indoor parking spot in the parking garage was nice and convenient. The elevator in parking garage lead directly up to the penthouse floor. - Penthouse was in a great location. Next to grocery stores like Aldi and LIDL. - Nice big balcony.
Disliked: - WiFi only in living room Recommendations: - Replace towels. Towels were old and outdated. - Replace toaster. The toaster in the kitchen smelled bad and was not clean. - Replace kettle/clean kettle. The water kettle in the kitchen was dirty and not clean in the inside. - Replace plates. Plates were chipped. Not good feng shui.
A good relaxed holiday
Liked: The terrace is truly the selling point of this apartment with unbelievable views. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and is an excellent location for the beaches and city centre. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away which was ideal for the L30 bus to and from the airport. It was quiet even considering there are major construction works opposite the building. There is plenty of space within the apartment if you were travelling as a family.
Disliked: We really enjoyed our stay but some constructive feedback would be that some areas of the apartment need a cosmetic upgrade (fresh coat of paint, shower screen trim changing, new cotton blinds and replace both shower heads). The WiFi is only available in the living room. The double bed is too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. New utensils would be good as they are not fit for purpose any more. The appliances could have been cleaned better and there was an issue with one set of the keys.
Liked: Very spacious flat nicely decorated, amazing terrasse. Easy check in and out
