  It was very nice

Liked: It was very well maintained. Modern, clean bathrooms, beds, kitchen with all utensils, nice terrace to dine alfresco. A/C working good. Bus stop close by. Groceries two streets over. Parking.

Disliked: Here and there, we heard a loud noise produced by cars driving over a loose metal piece (drainage)before entering the private garage under the balcony. I’m sure it’s an easy fix if all the neighbors say something.

Liked: Excellent new apartment in a modern business-class building located in a very nice area. The entrance lobby is beautiful, and there is a convenient and spacious parking area. The apartment fully matches the description and photos — in fact, it is even better than expected. You can clearly see that no expense was spared on the renovation, furniture, and appliances. Everything is new, high quality, and thoughtfully designed. A big bonus is the very large veranda. The host (or representative) met us on arrival, showed us everything, and explained all the details, including the best way to park the car. In 30 years of traveling, this is probably the first time I can say that I was satisfied with absolutely everything. The reality not only met expectations but actually exceeded them. Highly recommended — staying here is truly a pleasure.
