  Wonderful flat with an excellent host!

  Liked: The flat is just behind the beach so well situated. Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Beach towels and shower gel and shampoo were a plus with towelling dressing gowns. Kettle, cooking facilities and everything we needed. 2 bunk beds as well ax a double bed in the main bedroom door but bunk bed big enough for an adult. Very quiet with no no street noise as it is in a cul de sac. Proper electric blinds so dark to sleep well. Marco was an excellent host who answered any questions promptly. We thought it was excellent!

  Disliked: The flat is ground floor with not much natural light. But the beach and cafes are a minute away!

  Liked: Clean and bed was comfortable

  Disliked: We were expecting an 7th floor place, but it turned out to be on the ground floor with no view. Tv in bedroom had no sound, I contacted the manager who told me it was brand new and that the plastic covering the screen was from when it was purchased. It was clearly not, we could see the tape was cut from a roll of sticky tape. He didn't offer to come and look at it, all I got was a message day later asking if I had fixed it? We didn't meet the manager at all.

  Attractive beach front, lots to do in the town if you are prepared to walk some distances

  Liked: Very convenient location for the beach and its restaurants, and a decent supermarket. Decent area.

  Disliked: The weather, but no fault of Almeria just unfortunate timing. The room has no view, but that is due to its location, but compensated by close proximity to beach and supermarket and quiet location.
