Exceptional
great place, but skip the food service
Liked: The location is great and the place is clean and quiet. The staff (especially the front desk) were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. We appreciated the daily free water.
Disliked: The only downside was the poor food quality. We had the daily breakfast, but things were not fresh or clean (flies on the fruit). We tried lunch one day and again the food quality was poor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Wonderful
Liked: Wonderful location, the Hotel is spotlessly clean, the Junior Suite is super and spacious, staff are extremely helpful and multi lingual.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the Junior Suite did not have a walk in shower. I do not like climbing in and out of a bath to use the shower.
Disliked: Infinity isn't a swimming pool,but a dip pool up to your knees. Same meal choices every day,no a la carte menu,vegetarian options limited. Very quite,too far away from restaurants for a meal choice
Severe privacy violation and terrible management response
Disliked: Do not stay here if you value your privacy or security. While staying here, my wife was unwell in our room. We explicitly left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Despite this, external contractors given keycard access by the hotel unlocked our main door and opened the bathroom door while my wife was on the toilet. To make matters worse, the electricity in our room was then completely cut off for an hour right after this intrusion, leaving an unwell guest even more isolated. When complained to, management sent a dismissive text blaming a "statutory inspection" and thoughtlessly dropped off a bottle of sparkling wine to the room—completely ignoring the fact that my wife was sick and that their staff had just severely violated her privacy. Unacceptable safety protocols and zero empathy from management. They told me they had knocked three times - how is that helping when someone is on the toilet!! Call the room first by phone! Added to that, there are tiny insects running around the entire room (bathroom, bedroom, bedside cabinets etc). No tissues, no glasses provided. Avoid.
Good but dissapointed when the English channels were on the menu but not showing. Told it was because of Brexit
