We could not fault the prompt response to our complaints although it was all by text messages"
Liked: The property was very quiet, well situated and near to the local buses and shops.
Disliked: There was inadequate storage units. A rail with 6 coat hangers. No units in the bedroom to place clothing except the rail unit we were on holiday for 2 weeks and struggled to keep the place tidy. There was nowhere in the bathroom to store toiletries. There was a hob which we couldn’t use as there was no English instruction. The bathroom was listed for disabled people yet the tiles were extremely slippy when wet. We even bought a non slip shower mat. Our stay got off to a bad start as the water heater was broken and had to be repaired. The management allowed us to use another room to shower. Our room was very dated and we asked to be moved. They agreed to relocate us to a premium room at an extra cost of €220.

We had a nice stay in good location we access to a pool but the apartment clearly needs a bit tlc as it’s a little bit d
Liked: Location, sizeable apartment, pool on site, easy secure access, great communication and instructions from the host
Disliked: Beds are super hard and not comfortable (both bed and sofa bed), air con only in the living area (bedroom was getting super hot at night even with the fan), utensils like knifes are old and blunt, washing machine is super old and not usable (as a family with young children it’s something we really value on holiday)
Pleasant stay for 2 nights in El Albir
Liked: The pool and garden were nice and it was a comfortable place to stay for 2 nights with 2 kids. The location was okay with a 7 or 8 min walk to the tram, supermarket 5 mins away but the beach about 20 to 25 min walk. It was a nice quiet area.
Disliked: From the information provided, we thought the property would have aircon but it only had aircon in the living room, not in the bedroom. Maybe we didn't read the info properly though and assumed the bedroom would have AC if the property does. A fan was provided for the bedroom but was not as comfortable given the summer heat. It was also annoying every time we had to open the front entrance and the door to the apartment because there was no key, pass or code, but you needed to log into a website just to open a door. The check-in process online was also quite lengthy.
Liked: The entrance code screen...good..and at apartment door....the swimming pool was good....and all things supplied for a good start to our holiday
