Exceptional
Best location to stay in Altea
Liked: Very central in the very centre of old town Altea. Clean room fully equipped kitchen. Easy to get the keys. Nice to have coffee the first morning.
Disliked: At arrival the front door did not open fully and got stuck. We pointed this out and that there was no wifi. Regarding the door we got no reply and the wifi got some attention but did not get fixed during the week we spent, albeit Christmas. We had some rain and the water enter the living space via the patio and the front door which might be the reason it does not open as it swells.
Potential after renovation
Liked: Location in the heart of the old town.
Disliked: Some urgent repairs needed, for example the outdoor opens only ca. 40 cm....and full renovation should take place. Now the apartment is so worn and really noisy it is hardly suitable for accomodation. Some of the equipment like vacuum is poor quality. After some repairs this place has potential, but max for 2 persons
Liked: The location was excellent, just minutes from the Church and square.
Disliked: The quality of the property was not as good as the other Soul Apartment I stayed in previously. Furniture was old and bathroom was a bit tired.
