Exceptional
100% recommend, perfect Altea location and spacious, clean, value for money accommodation
Liked: I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Altea, the location was absolutely brilliant, a short distance to the beach and 1 minute away ( almost on the doorstep) from a lovely cluster of restaurants bars and shops in the town. However despite this being so close, the accommodation was so peaceful and quiet! The property was so clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and clothes rack. It was spacious and had multiple fans to help keep the place nice and cool with no aircon. The property owner Eli was always on the end of the phone and so helpful and polite and checked in with us throughout our stay if we needed anything. 100% recommend. Value for money!
Disliked: Nothing, can’t fault it! However if travelling here when the heat is more extreme I’d just note that there is no air con. We stayed when it was up to 30° and we coped absolutely fine with the fans ☺️
Amazing location and great stay!
Liked: AMAZING location and quiet comfortable apartment. The bed is really comfy and you walk out the door to the main view point. The beach is down beautiful streets and the church etc is just a short gorgeous walk. Great communication from Eli the host.
Disliked: There is a smell of drains in the kitchen cupboards but I think thats a older historical building thing, not the apartment. The clothes dryer was broken and we needed more toilet paper but I would still come back and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is considering it as a holiday home destination!
Superb stay
Liked: The apartment was in an amazing location in the picturesque old town, with wonderful views of the coast round the corner. The facilities within the apartment were good and quite spacious. It was great to have a dining table and comfortable sofa. The owners were lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful. Some excellent restaurants nearby.

Liked: The property was spotless and in an ideal location for visiting the old town of Altea. Lots of lovely shops and eating places to visit.
Great location!
Liked: The apartment is quite well located but I highly recommend to stay there. Also the room is quite comfy and quite big the living room. The bathroom is good and really nice shower. The kitchen is also well done.
Disliked: There is one big issue for me in this place. There isn't Air conditioning in the whole apartment. Actually I thought they had but they didn't. So, if you are going in the summer time, be aware of that. It's extremely hot there. The 2 fans are not enough.
