  Location good, apt clean but dealing with owner was not great experience

  Liked: Location, space and cleanliness

  Disliked: Toilet was open at the top to the ceiling so it wasn’t very private. There were some damp patches on wall behind bed which caused a musty smell. Late check in of 5pm means you don’t get value for money. Nowhere on property to leave bags. We were told off by owner as we found our apartment was ready at about 3pm and the keys were in key pad so we followed the instructions and went in. We were told to leave as it was UNAUTHORISED for us to go in. We explained the apartment was immaculate but we still had to get out! Left us feeling quite annoyed but clearly rules are rules and no common sense applied.

  Beautiful apartments in the middle of a beautiful Spanish town

  Liked: Beautifully presented, in a great location for our mini break. We visited many nearby places as al close to the tram station. Very close to everything in Altea from the beautiful church square to the beach to shops and restaurants.

  Lovely apartment. Would stay again if we return to Altea

  Liked: Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with all you need. The apartment had secure parking purely for residents A great bonus for our bike parking but chargeable at 8 euros a night.

  Disliked: Perhaps a little noisy if you are a light sleeper as it opens directly onto the road.

  Liked: The apartment itself is very pleasant and well-equipped with everything you need. It is extremely clean and smells very fresh, which made the stay comfortable overall. Location is also very pleasent. Everything is nearby and on walking distance.

  Disliked: However, a major downside is the amount of noise from the surroundings. The apartment is located on the side of a hill where there is constant traffic — cars, buses, and people passing by create a lot of noise. In addition, the neighbors were very loud during the stay. There is also ongoing road construction nearby, which means you have to access the property via an alternative route if you have a rental car. Unfortunately, this also adds to the noise level due to the construction work. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, this is not the right place, as the noise can be quite overwhelming. Bringing earplugs is definitely recommended.

  Lovely apartment for a relaxing stay

  Liked: Beautifully furnished, excellent location. Really good little kitchen given that it’s just a holiday apartment.

  Disliked: Curtains could be better and it was a little noisier than I expected.
