The best place to stay in Altea
Liked: The best place I stayed on my Spain road trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, right down the hill from the church and the old town. But also close to the waterfront/beach.
Disliked: It was all perfect
Glorious stay in Altea, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay than Hotel Abaco
Liked: Situated a short stroll to the Church square, old town, beach, shops and local supermarkets, the hotel and apartments are ideally located to make the most of your stay. Spotlessly clean and providing of everything you might need to either self cater or simply enjoy your holiday. The balcony is surrounded by a beautiful climbing evergreen, that affords privacy and during the balmy evenings and early mornings, your tea or coffee will be enhanced by the jasmine down below. All the facilities are first class- you literally will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable bed, sofa, lounger chair and a powerful shower to top it by off! Worth also noting that the hotel staff are lovely, as was the welcome cava and beer for my wife and I.

Disliked: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised on site parking. On final confirmation we were informed that all onsite parking had been allocated and we had to use public car park. Bit of a pain but would still highly recommend this location.
