  Exceptional family villa, luxurious and really well serviced

  Liked: Beautiful property, comfortable beds, good showers, everything and more you could want and wish for.

  Disliked: Nothing really - an option to buy a welcome pack of bread and milk would have been helpful as we arrived late but really supermarket only 2 min drive.

  Beautiful place but wish they had responded to our emails!

  Liked: Beautiful place, ample room for everyone to socialise and enjoy sun or shade. Stunning views over Altea and the hills and very comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the towels provided were an added bonus. Excellent position for exploring the area. The local shop was about a 10 minute walk away and Altea can be walked to in about 40 minutes or driven in 10. Ample parking in town and along the beaches. Excellent restaurants around the area. If you are looking for a bit of luxury in a good position for exploring then the is the one. Beautiful inside and outside as long as traffic noise does to bother you.

  Disliked: Poor maintenance of the pool. No pool net for us to use as we arrived after a storm and the pool was filled with leaves. We found a broken net without a pole and had to climb in the pool to try and clear everything out. The lounger beds had outdoor cushions that looked really tired and needed updating. The air conditioning did not work in the master bedroom (there did not seem to be any power getting to it) and the one in the twin room just blew air but did not cool it. We had to sleep with the bedroom windows open but then ended up covered in nat bites and had to search for a pharmacy as one of the party members had a really bad reaction to the bites. The instructions for the safe did not work and none of us were able to open the safe to use it. The door handle to the twin room came off in our hands when we arrived and opened the bedroom door. We were able to place it back on but had to leave the door open incase it completely came off and locked one of us in the room. It was advertised as having international channels on the TV but despite our best efforts we were unable to access any tv channels. The master bedroom sink and shower were blocked and flooded every time we used them. The internet code needs updating on the instruction frame on the shelf as the one provided does not work. My phone was damaged on arrival at the airport so I was not able to make calls but emailed our issues asking for some help and advice but never got a response. Whilst the property is beautiful, we would say to people that if you are looking for a quiet location then this is not the place for you as the motorway and main road run along side it and the traffic noise is continual.
