  A perfect location in beautiful Altea. Great Wi-Fi and air conditioning and lovely outside seating

  Liked: Great location for the old town and the beach in beautiful Altea. Great Wi-Fi and air conditioning and lovely outside seating. A lovely powerful, large shower and a separate WC. As you will see from the photo's the accommodation is compact, but there is everything you need thoughtfully laid out to accommodate two guests, comfortably. The choice of bars and restaurants in the town is exceptional and they cater for all tastes and budgets. Having stayed in multiple places in Altea over several years, we think that this annexe gives the very best balance of facilities, location and value. We hope they will have availability when we book our next trip to Altea.

  Cozy, clean studio in a great area

  Liked: Clean little studio in a great location. Steve, the owner, was a great host.

  Good value for money with very good location

  Liked: Perfect location. Old town 2 mins, beach 10 mins. Really cozy and comfortable stay. Beautiful small guest-apartment. Amazing good bed and so nice pillows. We had such a pleasant stay. Owner helped us with everything we needed! Big thanks to Steve!

  Steve and Amanda were very friendly and kind, I would recommend the place for sure

  Liked: The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the centre of Altea, and then 15 max from the beach. You can have a walk, dinner and in 5 minutes you are home.

  Disliked: There’s a small “climb” from the train station to the destination, but it’s fine, you have a nice panorama:)
