  Good value stay for a comfortable and convenient week's holiday

  Liked: Breakfast was great with excellent choice and staff were very effiecient at clearing plates. Coffee from the machines was better than average.

  Disliked: Our room was a little tired and needed a refresher. A little surprising as we were upgraded to a deluxe room/

  Relax and enjoy

  Liked: Spacious private hotel parking. I personally loved their amazing breakfast; the menu slightly changes everyday, and they also have mallorcan options there to try. There are so many activities you can do at the hotel (spa, indoor pool, tennis, padel, gym, pilates, yoga etc) so even if the weather is rainy or you haven't planned an entire stay you won't lose a day of your holiday to boredom.

  Liked: This is a relaxing hotel and quiet at night. The facilities pool spa and restaurant are excellent.

  Disliked: The over the top speed of waiters. They will take a plate away while you are still finishing the last bite! They are radio controlled, very (very) organised, and excessively attentive.

  Liked: Spacious room, great facilities, excellent breakfast, very calm and well maintained public areas. Helpful staff.

  Disliked: The first room I got was a "linked" room that shares a door with next room so I could hear literally almost everything from next door. However after talking to the front desk they got me a new room which is great. Also, it is such a glorious place, but it's a pity that small details were not done well in the room e.g. cleaning and hangers in toilet weren't very steady/scratches on toilet seat. These things could be fix easily.

  Nice overall

  Liked: Lovely, large room, nice toiletries and amenities (slippers, robes, sewing kit, etc.). The hydrotherapy circuit is unique and much appreciated. Monica gave me the best massage I've ever had in my life. My husband also got an exceptional massage. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent. Very comfortable bed, relatively quiet (although we were there in October, so who knows what summertime is like).

  Disliked: The only things that weren't great were (1) they charge €1 per coffee pod in the room, and (2) the restaurant and snack bar were closed for lunch, so we had to drive off-site to find a restaurant. Dinner in the restaurant was acceptable, but not great. Overpriced for what we got. Drinks were weak and the Moscow mule was terrible.

  Just what we needed, a relaxing break in a fabulous hotel

  Liked: Property was spot on. I’d made some request of the hotel and they managed to provide all of them. Staff were super friendly, room was big and well appointed, pool was fab and breakfast and evening meals exceptional. Drinks were reasonably priced and staff at the bar friendly. I found everything ran very efficiently at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night!
