Exceptional
Nice hotel Ansó not worth it (unless you bring camping stove)
Liked: Clean, comfy, good location in Ansó village and close to mountains. Parking available.
Disliked: Lacks tea/coffee making facility. In a village like Ansó where there will come a time where you cannot purchase anything because all businesses are closed the ability to make your own tea /coffee is a big miss. General warning for Ansó location, great location to explore the mountains, but not set up for tourism no cafe, terrible restaurants for food, at times the town feels like it has been abandoned by all human life. Would really only recommend it if you can cook your own food. (We had to leave a day early so we could get something decent to eat!) Again as far as the accomodation goes it was nice and the other factors are out of there control.
Nice room and very friendly staff
Liked: The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast was simple, but good enough to start a day hiking. Moreover, they even offered a gluten-free breakfast.

Liked: Lovely, comfortable property in an excellent location. Owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Nice breakfast each morning on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Highly recommended.

This accommodation was trading on past awards, miserly in attitude and not fit for purpose

Disliked: Arriving in 8 degrees and raining. We were greeted with no heating on in the building and no hot drink offered. Having been told it would take an hour we had to sit in our coats whilst the rooms warmed up. No hospitality offered whatsoever. Breakfast was a meagre offering and dinner was non existent. Casa Taconera was trading on its past 9.5 awarded in 2020.
We enjoyed a lovely quiet village stay and some walking in the area- just what we were wanting
Liked: Lovely comfortable exceptionally clean room with a view serviced daily. Simple breakfast available with a smile.
Disliked: Tea/ coffee making availability. Wifi connection unsuccessful which we were told happens in the village often for foreign phones.
Liked: The hosts do their very best to make their guests feel welcomed. Quiet rooms in a well-located, large house with a lovely terrace for breakfast. The village is beautiful and very vivid. We did some hikes starting from the village.
