Exceptional
A lovely location
Liked: Nice location clean and comfortable with exceptions Nice little terrace with views.
Disliked: No fan. We really need one when sleeping in 28 degrees plus. no kettle Some sparseness of provision, eg only two mugs, glasses plates etc.. Attention to some details, eg pen basket had one broken peg.
I have been many times before and, health permitting, intend to go again in 2026
Liked: It is in a wonderful natural setting about an 8 minute walk from the center of the village - that means it is very quiet. I went in late September so the village was very empty - except on the weekend when tourists came from Jaca, Huesca, and Zaragoza. I didn't bring a car, but came and left by bus and walked afoot in the mountains. The Rosenda supermarket has a nice line of gluten free food - important for me - wonderful cheese and meat. And the veggies and fruit were excellent given the season. Everything you need to cook for yourself (which I do). I had the downstairs apartment - the little kitchen is very well appointed and the china is a delight - it is hand made by the host Blanca who is a potter. The queen size bed is very comfortable and the WIFI works very well. The outside terrace has some chairs and a table and is lovely to sit in.
Disliked: There was a bit of fuss in that the hot water didn't work one morning. But the owners called a repairman and the problem was fixed by late afternoon - in time for my evening shower and for doing the dinner dishes. So in fact that is really a positive - any minor problems are fixed immediately by the host Andreas.
Wonderful in all respects
Liked: It is located about a 5 minut walk outside of Anso. Thus it is very quiet and located in a wonderful natural setting. The village itself can be a bit noisy - especially on the weekends - but this is very tranquil. There is a natural spring about 2 minutes walk away.
Disliked: Actually, I can't think of anything.

Disliked: Getting in to property was fraught. We were unable to contact host Local people assisted but were also unable to raise somebody Be aware - the location is a bit out of town Shops and restaurants were a long way away
Very comfortable little apartment, and perfect if you like walking, nature, architecture or culture
Liked: We stayed last year and loved it so much we made a return visit for a couple of extra nights this time. The location is perfect, the apartment is one of two in a small building next to the main house, and the view from our patio looked up a wooded slope to the mountains. it is on the edge of town with views of the Church, and any easy 10 min walk to the centre.
Disliked: nothing really, they don't have a kettle, but this year we brought our own!
