Very pleasant interesting stay, lovely staff, superb breakfast

Liked: Quirky towards Zany decor much suiting our style, very pleasant friendly staff, very delicious and plentiful Continental Breakfast, well located for town centre and Palace, easy and safe street parking.

Disliked: No presence of staff on premises overnight, bath shower not our favourite, faulty bedside light.

Not such a pretty entrance, but a huge area inside. Small, but comfortable room. Terrible pillows. I went to the local O

Liked: The location, all was good…. But ( below)

Disliked: Unfortunately the building was covered in scaffolding with building being carried on while I was there, so I did not see it at its best. But that’s the luck of the draw. They have to inconvenience someone sometime if they need to do work.

Liked: Excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms. En suite was pristine, while the character of the building was always to the forefront. Air Con worked really well without being loud, with the room proactively maintained welled with no requests required. The location was close to everything, including bus stops for the 423 to Madrid, the Laundramat, and the building works happening at the time were minimally disruptive.

Disliked: There was literally nothing at fault and I look forward to staying again when I visit Aranjuez/Madrid again.

A great place to stay in Aranjuez if you like small hotels with character

Liked: The staff were welcoming and very helpful, the location was excellent, I loved the building the hotel was in and the colours and aesthetic of the hotel. Although extensive renovations were taking place, they didn’t interfere with my stay. The hotel will be even better when they are finished. On the next street are bars and cafes where you can sit outside and have a drink and or dinner. The Royal palace and garden are close by.

    Disliked: I really liked it.
