  Liked: Spa

  Disliked: No bar or restaurant on site. Short walk to both. Room card slot very difficult to find as room was dark, and same colour and looks as a switch. Shower head not secure, had to make it secure with string!

  Liked: Really relaxing place, great place for a mini get away to forget the outside for a while.

  Disliked: Only thing I didn't like was the fact that this place is a relaxing health spa yet people and sit right next to you and light up a cigarette....for most of us including children that don't smoke it's really annoying.... surely they could provide an area for smoking away from the people that don't need to breath in their waste fumes

  I think I expected more from this famous resort

  Liked: Staff were generally helpful and polite. The food in the Aqua restaurant was very good especially the Solomillo pork and beef. Room was a reasonable size. Casino bar was air conditioned so nice to sit there when the temperatures were crazy hot.

  Disliked: The Spa was VERY busy with lots of daytrippers.There was not enough shade for everyone and the temperatures were in the 40sC. The signage in the resort was poor especially to get to the underground carpark and then to exit it to get back onto the one road in and out. Not all the bars were open and therefore there was limited choice. The Spa Cafe closed on Tuesday. Very small bathroom. Bath was too narrow and the shower was over the bath. Small beer measures in the Casino bar, sometimes only 2/3 full. Even a waiter told the woman dispensing the beer to fill up the glass before it served it.
