  Now I know what to look for - and BOOKING.COM does not provide it!

  Liked: Breakfast was fine, a bit crowded and the hot selection isn’t great but it’s basically OK. Room was fine, no probs.

  Disliked: Location - bit far to walk(for me) to the Spa. Also NO spa tickets were included with this booking so we had to buy them. Usually with other providers (this was with Booking.com) something is included. Bit ridiculous really and we paid a lot for a basic room.

  It was a wonderful relaxing experience but would have been made even better with a little friendlier attidtude from so

  Liked: The location and the pools. The extra payment for the spa experience was worth every penny. The restaurant staff in del agua were delightful.

  Disliked: The room was a little tired and some of the staff really couldn’t seem to smile ( entrance to the pools for example)..
