Exceptional
It was a short stay for us but would be convenient for a longer stay if used as a base to visit other places
Liked: The hotel was clean,quiet and comfortable. Location was convenient to the old town. Free parking can be found on the street or in a lot at the bottom of the ridge. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Good breakfast was included.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all excellent.
Relaxing, friendly and convenient
Liked: The hotel is well-located, just a few minutes from the historic centre. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was standard European size and very quiet. Breakfast was good, eaten in the lovely patio courtyard. Parking was easy (we used the public underground parking nearby, not the hotel parking).
Disliked: The only improvement I can think of would be to have coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. Although coffee and tea were available in the courtyard, made on request, it would have been nice to have been able to make our own. The coffee and tea was a separate (reasonable) charge.
Arriving tired after a very early start to catch the flight to Madrid, this hotel was very welcome

Pretty and friendly hotel, well located to discover Arcos
Liked: A small but very clean and friendly hotel with helpful staff. Very pretty internal courtyard where an excellent breakfast is served and staff happy to serve drinks etc during the day. There is no facility for evening meals, but many options in Arcos itself, a short walk away. Hotel parking is chargeable but safe and very easy to access. Arcos itself was a hidden gem of a town with spectacular viewpoints, basililica style churches and interesting restaurants.
