  Host very helpful - I cancelled this booking, so didn't actually stay

  Liked: This was booked because my travel companion wasn't allowed to smoke on the enclosed balcony. We booked him a place with outdoor area. However, by the next day he'd decided to go home. Host very very helpful.

  Holiday great lanzarote great host awful

  Liked: Lanzarote is amazing unfortunately this apartment is small the terrace is not attached the host was rude

  Disliked: Unfortunately the apartment states it is good for a family I disagree the sofa is very uncomfortable and with 4 children it's not good. Neighbours were rude shouted at my autistic son who is partially deaf for shouting me (his mom)!
