  Great stay overall with helpful host

  Liked: The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The apartment was clean. The location was good. Aldi is close and the neighbourhood clean and quiet. The host also send us daily recommendations for places to visit, eat etc. The apartment is nice and we had everything we really needed.

  Disliked: The balcony was smaller than expected so you can't sit there or put the washing stand out (but there is a roof terrace). The neighbours were quiet but the bedroom windows are towards a yard so other neighbours windows were extremely close (and obvs also open) so you could just hear them (but they weren't loud as such). The bedrooms have no air-conditioning, only the living room. And the sofa bed is doable but not very comfortable so more like a back up option. The kitchen could have had some more bits in it like kitchen roll, additional bin bags and kitchen towels etc and a new pan. Just worth mentioning as well if you haven't visited the island that the tap water there is not safe to drink. The host provided 1 bottle of water but it may be worth putting a little sign up.

  Liked: We stayed 4 nights at José's place. The place was sparkling clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy (and I have a hernia) with a sturdy mattress. A/C worked well. The location is perfect if you have a car and parking was never a problem for us. It has all the amenities you need for your stay, including a washing machine. José was very responsive and gave us daily recommendations on places to visit in Lanzarote. I would definitely book again!

  Worst stay ever

  Liked: Nothing,

  Disliked: If you enjoy being jolted awake by a screaming baby, nonstop parties upstairs, people yelling in the hallways, or neighbors showering and flushing their toilets at all hours, then by all means, book this place. This is hands down the worst stay of my entire life. The building has zero soundproofing — you hear everything: talking, footsteps, furniture dragging, babies crying… It’s like living inside other people’s rooms. I barely slept during my 3-day stay. The property refuses to take responsibility and offers no real solution. Their brilliant advice? Buy earplugs and deal with it, or call the police yourself. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the appartment doesn’t have any nature lights, no views as it’s described in the page
