  Liked: For us the location was great or at least great value for the money. I would say that it is conveniently located between the center(7 min walking), few supermarkets(few minutes walking) and the exit of the city (few minutes driving). Even though having a nice view or access from the house to some epic outdoor setting, we didn't care too much about this aspect considering that we visited Lanzarote to be out in the nature/tripping and we were not lingering too much in the house. It has most of the things needed for living several nights in it. Of course, there will be all the time one or 2 things missing, but this is depending on the habits of each person. One cannot satisfy everybody. I liked the attention given to the cleaning. Parking is relatively easy to find around the building. It is mostly a quiet area and building. Nothing disturbed our sleep during the night and my partner is sensitive about that. The hot water comes from a boiler in the washing room on the forth floor so it will take 2-3 minutes to get it to the apt. There is hot water for 2 comfortable showers in a row, before waiting to have it warm again. Not the least, Luigi is very responsive, as far as we needed his help. Very good value!

  Disliked: Didn't have a small pot to boil or to prepare some small things, but we managed with the bigger pots available. The running water in the bathtub and probably on the sinks has a brownish tint. I'm not sure if this is usual in Arrecife or in the district or if this is how is supposed to be, but we used for washing food, cooking and drinking only bottled water. We washed clothes too, but didn't notice any stain from the water.

  Quiet and nice stay in Arrecife:)

  Liked: The communication with host was very good, easy and quick. The flat is nice, clean, well equipped and in quiet neighborhood. Big grocery shops in close proximity. And the bus station to/from airport nearby the flat. We were very happy to stay here.

  Disliked: I think that flat doesn’t have air conditioning but ventilator. To us this wasn’t a problem since our visit was in November and we didn’t need it, so we were good bit in summer months this could be an issue.

  Liked: The lacation was good for us. House was clean but small ants were everywhere which need to be treated.

  Disliked: Sofa and sofa-bed were so dirthy. Not children safe( window so short and can be reach easily by my toddler) Even the building has lift, the very big step at the entrance makes it difficult to be accesible if you have pushchair and you're alone

  Lovely Apartment near Restaraunts

  Liked: The apartment is big, with lots of light and the location is fairly close to the beach and pier restaurants. There is a kitchen so you can cook at home, and a comfy bedroom with a fan. It was very easy to check in and clean. There is also free parking directly opposite the house which was perfect because we rented a car. There is also plenty of toilet roll, shampoo and sunscreen which was helpful, also a bottle of water when we arrived. Additionally, it’s not a very tourist area and we were seemingly the only tourists staying there which made the trip more relaxing.

  Disliked: There are lots of little bugs in the kitchen, there is bug spray so it’s easy to kill them, but make sure to not leave any food in the kitchen.
