  Liked: Good clean flat 👌

  Disliked: I have a grand floor flat visaut terrace, and there was a missing kettle.It was empty. Usually, there was salt,sugar, some garbage bags,napkins, nothing.we arrived late in the morning, and there wasn't even anything to drink.

  Wonderful apartment

  Liked: Good location, good price, clean and very comfortable!

  Disliked: There was a little problem with the lock at the beginning, but was easily managed.

  Ideal for exploring Lanzarote

  Liked: Quality furnished apartment, lots of practical things (microwave, iron and ironing board, separate wardrobe, huge fridge with freezer, sink in the kitchen). We would also be glad for trash bags. A TV with access to YouTube or Netflix is also nice. Prompt staff, they were answering quickly to our messages. Great location for exploring the island, we were close to everything. Also a good location within the city. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and smaller shops or the promenade and during our stay also to the Christmas markets.

  Disliked: The sofa bed felt like I was lying upside down, it also creaked a bit and overall it's strange that the main bed of such a nice apartment is a sofa. The apartment could have been designed better and I believe that a bedroom could have been accommodated there but I understand that the owners did the best they could with what they had. One room where there is only a bed remained completely unused. Also the terrace, which we were looking forward to and for which we chose the Volcano apartment, does not offer any view and is not very cozy (but that was also maybe because we had bad weather) And as everyone mentions...parking. But if you drive around one-way streets for 15-20 minutes every day, you will always find a spot within 500m of the accommodation. But it's wild. You need to have reversing cameras.

  Superb

  Liked: Basically everything. The place was clean and tidy and the toilet and bathroom were clean also.

  Disliked: I was unable to connect to WiFi, but after speaking with one of members the staff, then the problem was solved quickly.
