  Avoid if you can’t handle the heat

  Liked: Large terrace with barbeque. Comfortable bed mattress

  Disliked: I had a check in during the night, and the first thing I noticed when entering the property was how hot it was inside and hard to breathe. All windows were closed. There was a portable AC unit that had the broken exhaust hose. I improvised and tried repairing it with aluminum and plastic foils. After turning it on, I noticed a foul smell coming out of it. I removed the filters and they were full of brown dust and mold. I refused to use it. There was a fan in the closet that was terrible: I couldn’t feel any air circulation. The only way to keep the inside somewhat cool during the night is to have all the doors and windows open. Luckily the nights in Lanzarote are cool enough for this to work. The problem with this: mosquitos and a loud AC unit from the neighbor that is right on top of the bedroom. Next problem: there was abaolutely no toilet paper, hand soap or washing gel. The knives in the kitchen were dull. There was a plastic cutting board (I hate these boards since I do not like plastic in my food). On the plus side, there was at least salt, pepper, sponge and dish soap. By the looks of the other people reviews I am guessing these are the items the previous guests left. There was a decent size tv with netflix subsrciption which I didnt use, which might be a plus for some, but I can not understand how a netflix subscription is of more importance than toilet paper and soap to the host. The bed frame started falling apart. The only positive thing about this property worth mentioning is the exceptionao terrace with the grill.

  Good location only

  Liked: The location is close to the beach, but it's a party street in the evenings. People shouting on the street until early morning hours.

  Disliked: The owner's customer service was unhelpful. We arrived around 15:00 for check-in. Only one apartment key was available; the second was not. We went to the beach and returned after 19:00, but the missing key was still not provided. No explanation was given for the delay, and we waited a long time for the key. Additionally, one shower was clogged, and although we reported this to the owner, it was ignored.

  Liked: I liked the apartment, its location, and the support from the hosts — everything was at a good level.

  Disliked: What I didn’t like was that it was very noisy at night due to a nearby pub, which made it difficult to rest.

  A great stay in a lovely apartment

  Liked: Beautiful apartment in a very good location. The owner, Lina very good, responded quickly and provided/fixed anything we asked for. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for 5 days stay, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I recommend! Thank you, Lina 😊

  Disliked: A bit noise on weekend nights from the pub next door downstairs ( singing 😀) but not for long.

  Liked: it was in the city center near to the bus station, shops, airpoirt

  Disliked: no towels-i had to ask for them and cleaning girl brought us some, she said to clean the flat the next day but didnt clean it, we had no soap in bath room and no proper window
