  Wonderful apartment

  Liked: The location of the property was superb, being close to the new and older parts of Arrecife, with shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was wonderful and its facilities good. We liked the space and the comfort of the living room. Bedrooms were also spacious with plenty of storage.

  Disliked: There was very little ventilation in the bathroom so towels did not dry out between uses and taking a shower was a challenge in the small cubicle and with very little hot water. We did not enjoy sleeping on the nylon mattress cover.

  Nice apartment, great location close to emenities

  Liked: Apartment was clean and equipped, comfy bed, good location close to beach, shops & restraunts

  Disliked: Kettle wasnt working, kept tripping the electric. Some nights were noisy due to neighbours in surrounding apartments especially due to my 6yr old being in bed sleeping. Small shower not much room to move freely without knocking water off or changing the temp. I am 6ft 3".

  Ideal spot for restaurants

  Liked: We love the enormous roof terrace for breakfasts and sunbathing. There's a good washing machine too!

  Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is poor at busy times in the evening.

  Perfect stay

  Liked: Very large apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The Wi-fi was ok. In the building there is an elevator; the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Since the weather was unusually cold in Lanzarote, the owner was very kind and caring buying us two blankets.

  Disliked: Sometimes the neighbors were a bit noisy but this is not fault of the owner.

  We booked because of proximity to beach. Unfortunately beach didn’t have sun beds

  Disliked: Shower was very small. No housekeeping through the week so we washed our own towels.
