Liked: We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the apartment. First of all, we really appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the hosts. We had an unexpected change to our flight plans after booking, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. They were also very kind to allow us a late check-out, which made our last day much easier. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is a great option for a group of up to six people, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have some privacy. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and having a washing machine, iron and ironing board was very convenient. The location is also excellent. There are supermarkets and shops nearby, and you can easily walk to the promenade for an evening stroll. Arrecife is also a very convenient base for exploring Lanzarote by car, with the island’s main attractions within easy reach. Overall, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay and really appreciated the hospitality of the hosts. If we return to Lanzarote, we would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

No air-condition on bedrooms right on relatively main Street
Liked: Apartment was clean and spacious all amenities were in order except the promised air-condition that didn't really exist.
Disliked: Booked an air-conditioned apartment. It had 1 unless air-condition in the living room. All bedrooms had a ceiling fan. Luckily Weather in end of September was amazing, but since the apartment is located on a main street the noise at night was unbearable when windows were open. So either suffocate or suffer. Earplugs were useful. It is dishonest to publish this apartment as " air-conditioned " As for the parking, problematic, yet doable. Checking in was a challenge, fortunately my grown up offspring enjoyed it as a type of an escape room adventure:)

Wonderful stay
Liked: Very large, spacious and luminous apartment. Elegantly furnished and spotlessly clean. Super central, 5m walk from the sea and 2m walk from the closest grocery shop. Friendly and attentive owner.
