If the cleanliness gets resolved I would give it an 8/10

    Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: My main problem with this hotel was the cleanliness. Toilet was dirty. Beds seemed to have bugs.

Would only stay if the municipal “albergue” where the only optiom available

Liked: The customer service; the gentleman who kept a look out for us and was concerned for our timely arrival and the lady in the dining room who was willing to serve us breakfast despite it already “passed” the breakfast schedule. This is the only aspect where I can provide it 5 stars.

Disliked: This is clearly a very old property that reeks of refurbishing. One thing is for the property to be antique, another to sleep in a bunker type mattress, with only a fan in the room that did not circulate the air properly. The room was clean, but the bathroom has a mid 20th century vibe, very narrow and tall, making it an injury waiting to happen for older adults. The hallways were scary enough to make you feel part of the cast of a scary movie and the doors were labelled with “paper signs”.

Too expensive, bed was horrible, location was awful. Made bearable by service station wine and chocolate enjoyed in the

Liked: There was a bath which was a nice treat. And the tv was a smart tv so we were able to watch Netflix. The service station across the road had icecream and chocolate and wine… luckily because it was way out in the dodgy part of town

Disliked: Approaching from the outside, it looked like a penitentiary. Way out of town so not easy to walk to a restaurant or bar. It actually wasn’t quite as ugly inside but still not great. And it was way too expensive for what it was. The bed was hard and the single pillow across the double bed was lumpy and like a rock. The girl behind the bar wouldn’t lend us a corkscrew to open our service station wine so I had to use scissors. All in all, we possibly would have been more comfortable at the local penitentiary and there would have been less cork in our wine

They will rip you off if you're not Spanish

Disliked: Price hiked because we were English. 30 euros for a pizza that one of my children could have eaten. They told us it would feed 4 large men. It didn't. Very run down, might've been nice in the 80s. If it wasn't for the obvious ripping off of the foreigners (regardless that we speak fluent Spanish) it would've have probably been 'ok'.

Disliked: The room was very small, the beds were not comfortable and the property was old and very worn.
