Exceptional
Magical
Liked: Great staff! The place is magical. There were so many things to see and do without leaving the hotel. It is like a museum. Will come back for sure.
Disliked: The pool seemed a bit dirty, not a big deal but it would be nice if it was cleaner.

Liked: An exceptional property in a very nice location. We were very happy and comfortable in this fantastic pazo. The staff was very warm and helpful, we really felt at home.
Disliked: Some small things that weren’t extremely clean had some wear. But we really didn’t mind because of everything else that was so nice.
The perfect getaway hotel
Liked: In a world full of modern hotels, hotel pods and home stays it was nice to stay in a place that actually felt like a hotel but was equally as cosy and warm. The grounds and the hotel are very well decorated and maintained and it doesn't feel overwhelming at all; it feels like I took a step into a fairytale or Downton Abbey. I really love that the pool is not super close to the main hotel as it gives it its own tranquil, peaceful and special moment. Breakfast and dinner was fantastic. And I particularly loved the little bar. The staff are some of the warmest and friendliest I have had, from the front desk staff to the cooks. The room and bathroom are a good size and I love the big windows. We rented a car and so was really happy to have parking available.
Disliked: Loved the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and would have loved some lotion to be available too.

Liked: Quaint, more like a big home than a corporate hotel
Disliked: staff seemed limited so felt like I was disturbing her - even though she hadled it very well and was lovely.

Fabulous countryside setting - easy taxi from the Camino. Beautiful grounds to explore. Loved the pool
