  Great hotel and amazing staff

  Expensive

  Liked: Great location and the restaurant was very good.

  Disliked: Tiny room, no heat during the night, acceptable but much too high a price for what was offered.

  Great location next to the cathedral

  Liked: The place was lovely, old and historic. The bedroom and bath were large. The location close to the cathedral was excellent.

  Great clean antique hotel, centrally located on the Camino, in the heart of town

  Liked: Literally on the Camino in the heart of town, but away from the ringing church bells. Liked the private patio & garden with honor bar in the back of the hotel.

  Disliked: Was not sure how to get int the hotel when I arrive since the front door was locked. Later found that there is a small button on the left of the entryway that one can press.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Beautiful old building, retired very sympathetically, location excellent

  Disliked: We were told the kitchen was broken. We could see a lovely breakfast room, but couldn’t use it. When we asked for tea or coffee we were told no, none in room, and no one wanted to make us one. Very disappointing as it wasn’t a cheap night. They also charged us €11 to park in their empty car park, which as they couldn’t offer breakfast or any tea coffee, would have been a nice gesture to have waved.
