  Rooms and location ok. Restaurant staff (breakfast) very unpleasant

  Liked: Excellent location Rooms adequate Great looking building

  Disliked: Breakfast restaurant was disappointing. Tabel we were sat at had previous customers crumbs and dirty cutlery. When we pointed this out waitress huffed, stomped off as if we were a burden. Very unfriendly restaurant staff. Breakfast average at best.

  A disappointiment

  Liked: The location being just right outside the cathedral.

  Disliked: Old, not well maintained, thin walls, nothing I can remember as good. Maybe fine if you only need the basics. The staff are not flexible and I did not enjoy my stay there.

  A lovely hotel spoilt by unhelpful reception staff

  Liked: The location was excellent, and the building impressive. A great breakfast and a lovely big room and bathroom

  Disliked: Soundproofing with next door room was poor, we could hear the entire neighbours conversation, their tv and their hair dryer. The lady in reception was not at all helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for an Italian and she said NO! all the restaurants were full and she couldn’t help us! There was no chance of finding food. However we found a little square with four good restaurants only 50 metres away and had no problem getting a reservation at a good pizza restaurant!
