  End of season stay

  Liked: Reception staff were excellent, nice size rooms.

  Disliked: No aircon in the bedroon, 2 single beds again pushed together as a double?

  Liked: Good location, cleaners were lovely and helpful.

  Disliked: I couldn’t get hold of reception to see if room was ready despite arriving and seeing 3 members of staff at the reception. Ant infestation. No air con in the bedroom, no internet, not a single electrical outlet to charge your phones because they are blocked by the fixed bed header and the heating system, my partner wanted to use the sauna and was sent from one reception to the other for payment so she gave up in the end, so much for making extra sales in the hotel services… rooms need updating.

  Liked: What a great place, myself and the family stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it.the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the cleaning ladies also, the hotel is very charming and has an indoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor one which is great. The room was great and everything you need for cooking was in the kitchen, very close to everything and very peaceful area. Highly recommend a stay here.

  Excelent staff, reasonable facilities, below average comfort

  Liked: The staff is very professional, supportive and sympathetic. At the restaurant, the staff are very friendly and always took good care of any requests from guests. The food is well prepared and the cooking is excellent. The room and WC were very clean and spacious. Clean towels and toiletries were renewed daily. It is well located as far as walking around town is concerned. The quality of the staff is the strength of this aparthotel.

  Disliked: It was way too expensive for the quality of the facilities. The facilities are old although fully functional,but the room was not as comfortable as expected for the cost. Hot water is not enough for two adults and an adolescent. The pool is very small and full of noisy kids all day long, it is not a calm space to have refreshments and relax. There is not variety of food for breakfast and meals. The tables at the restaurant were not well spaced and there's too narrow space for eating comfortably without entering the space of other people. It is extremely difficult to park a car nearby the aparthotel. It is not near the beach, it takes a 15 minute walk on city streets to get to the beach on foot.
