Fabulous
It was great and we hope to stay there again
Liked: Everything; it was more modern than we expected and the staff were wonderful. They helped us with bus schedules and Mass times and many more things and were always very friendly. The location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.
Nice one-day side trip
Liked: The St Ignatius Basilica is 10-15 walk. The scenery is spectacular.
Disliked: Do not look for Loyola (Loiola) because it is a district of Azpetia, the town you are actually visiting.
Great comfortable base
Liked: Great location for town and Loiola site. Good size room and very good staff..
Disliked: Lack of aircon (but this is clear when you book) and to be fair when the temperatures become changing the receptionist organised fans for the room which made all the difference.

Liked: This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Well-kept and cozy and the staff is warm and helpful. Everything is clean and in good condition. The breakfast is generous and delicious.
Disliked: The only thing was the noise from the main street, but you can ask for a room facing the back
