Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Easy to arrive, hotel is well maintained. Friendly check-in.
Disliked: Bed is small and not comfortable. Breakfast could be way better.
Nice but getting tired
Liked: The staff were excellent. Polite and friendly & very helpful. I personally found the bed very comfortable but others may find them slightly on the firmer side. The shower was powerful and easy to control the temperature.
Disliked: The decore was generally quite tired. The wallpaper in our room was peeling away from the edges & joins from age. In the bathroom, whilst it was spotlessly clean, the white sealant around the bathtub/shower had lots of black mould in it. This as anyone knows is almost impossible to clean. So not the fault of the cleaners. This can only be rectified by removing it and reapplying new sealant. The aircon did work but wasn't very efficient. We used our own fans to help keep us comfortable. Overall it's a nice hotel but is in need of updating.
Liked: Quietness and cleanliness
Disliked: Restaurant and bar closed(told at booking)
Excellent. Ideal easy to drive in to the center. Found the castle with free car park very easy to find
Liked: Easy to find with lots of street free car parking. Spotlessly clean. Good size bedroom, good air conditioning. Good clean beds and pillows. Very friendly staff. We were a group of 10 arrived after 23.00 reception staff were excellent.
Disliked: Clean very smart property. Very well located.
Liked: Excellent service on arrival and during our stay. Will be back in a near future. Thank-you! 😄
Disliked: PAID parking within hotel's property.
Liked: I enjoyed my stay
