Liked: I think this is the best hotel in the Area! Room Spa Ski support is the best and very comfortable! we can eat in restaurants any time! Very quiet rooms! perfect beds, valet parking! Speedy room service Great!

Liked: Location is great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast fantastic.
Disliked: The bar is beautiful but never enough staff to serve clients. Housekeepers can get very cross if you’re checking in and they are still in the room even though reception have said it’s ready. I got shouted at for leaving my bag in the room as reception said I could.

Perfect hotel for visiting ski slopes
Liked: This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to go to the slopes. It’s part of a three hotel complex and barely five minutes walk to the ski lifts. The lockers are very conveniently located next to the lift. The spa whilst expensive you can get a deal on and is well worth the visit. We used it each night after our slope session to ease muscles. Loved the food and all in all was quite good value for money. Finally, the staff are really what makes this hotel great. Customer service is top notch and the staff really couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.
Liked: Spa was small and we would have preferred more flexible time for kids and mor option for kids.
Disliked: No pool for kids. No spa options for kids after skiing day.
Liked: Séjour très agréable, service irréprochable, hôtel très beau et emplacement parfait, seul bémol la restauration de l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau du tarif demandé. Très cher pour des plats très moyen.
