Fabulous
Great location and breakfast are worth every penny
Liked: The breakfast is AMAZING! Also being so close to the slopes is a perk that is wonderful. All the staff treated us stupendously and were helpful every time. The bed was so comfortable that it made every rest efficient. This hotel is really good value for money. If you like buffet for dinner, the restaurant is worth it
Disliked: These are really small points that didn't harm the experience. Our room was a duplex and sleeping on the upper floor made us go up and down the small stairs to sleep or go to the bathroom at midnight (with swore legs). The temperature of the water in the pool is a bit colder than expected. To be honest, there was no big negative point
Disliked: The room service failed a little. Sometimes they would forget towels or other small things like cups in the bathroom or the bed pillows. Apart from that, all great.

Liked: the staff were friendly we arrived early and everything was ready and the reception staff made it very easy, food was amazing and location couldn't be better
Disliked: not many downsides to the property, only 2 things i would change if i could firstly the dinner service is far to late and breakfast could be earlier, I'm aware of Spanish culture but after a big day skiing 7.45 for dinner is too late it means going to bed on a full stomach for keen skiers who want to be up for first lift breakfast is served from 8am but first gondola is 8.45 so would have liked earlier. also weather drove us off the mountain early a couple of days so would have been nice to use the wellness area earlier than 4pm. these are not complaints as i had a great stay these are merely preference's of mine.
Fabulous location, lovely clean room, great reception staff and brilliant ski shop staff
Liked: The location is fantastic a very short walk to the main gondola. The staff on reception and in the ski shop were brilliant, super helpful and great attitude. From our room we had a great view of the slope leading to the gondola. The room was well appointed and beautifully clean. Breakfast is good with lots of variety.
Disliked: There was some confusion about when the bistro was open. It was closed for both nights we stayed, although reception thought it should be open. The first night we had dinner in the restaurant and it wasn't great. The restaurant staff weren't particularly helpful in the morning and were irritated that I sat at table for 6 when there was only 2 of us. I had been wondering around looking for a table for 2 for at least 5 minutes but nothing was set, and then was told off when I eventually sat down. Restaurant staff need to be more proactive in finding suitable tables for guests.
Good value ski hotel
Liked: Close to ski lifts - good size toom - excellent breakfast
Disliked: Room was very hot and the temperature could not be regulated from the room
