  Very good

Liked: it was a very neat little house, close to everywhere, well maintained. but a bit noisy.

Disliked: neighbors were friendly but noisy, even at 3am in the morning. There's a lot of traffic noise. the small street acts as a tunnel and every car/moto passing waked us up. got earplugs and slept wel. could be solved with more modern door to balcony.
