Very good
Excellent place to stay an enjoy city. Market around the building is marvelous
Liked: All is good inside, very comfortable and perfect for rest and traveling around the city
Disliked: Have little stairs for carry bags until elevator. But have elevator. Close to building their on constructions and not have space for parking. Close have parkings but no have some agreement with them to have kind of discount
great location. House needs some love and a deep clean
Liked: The location is great.. Even with early morning construction work in the street. There is a market nearby that was nice and the cafes around the corner are great
Disliked: The interior of the house is run down. The floor was not clean and there were a lot of hairs and other stuff on the ground. Didn't feel safe to not be able to lock the door from the inside since the doors are opened by an app.
Terrible property managers
Liked: There was nothing to like as they never let me into the apartment.
Disliked: After I booked the property, I was given a link to pay a security deposit (I had already paid for the place). Unfortunately, my card kept getting rejected on their site even though it was working just fine everywhere else. The only solution the property manager offered was for me to travel to the business office, which was on the other side of town from the rental, and pay in person. In all my years of booking rentals, I had never been told to travel across town to pay a security deposit. I was in Barcelona for a day and didn't want my precious time spent on securing the rental, so I decided to cut my losses and sleep on a friend's couch instead. I am now in the process of filing a complaint to get my money back.
Good flat, not great management
Liked: Great location, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very comfy overall.
Disliked: There are no keys. You always have to use an app to enter leave. Their communication was not great. Struggled to reach them. They sent a contractor to look at the AC whilst i was there but they never gave me a heads up Very expensive

Disliked: They wanted way more information about every occupant than was necessary. Enough supplies (toilet paper, coffee etc) for only one day but we were staying 7 nights. coffee maker did not work and a new one had to be delivered.
