  Excellent location, confortable apartment

Liked: Excellent location, renovated bathroom, spacious.

Disliked: It needs renovation on the outside, it needs better black out in the bedrooms. The apartment is fully functional but some improvements will improve the experience.

Could be so much better with a little improvement because location is awesome and host nice

Liked: The location, the host was very reactive and did everything to improve our stay. (host is not the owner!)

Disliked: For us it was not worth the money. 1. the noice: The bars nearby are super loud as mentioned by other guests, but we got used to that. We also noted that the apartment is shaking sometimes, when the metro is pasing by. Also we were a bit unlucky with the neighbor who was watching very loud television the first night. The other neights were a bit better. 2. Quality: We understand in a touristic city it is difficult to find a good place at a decent price, but this place is pretty run down: For example the wallpapers are scratched, that could be fixed so easy, a new toilets brush instead of this old dirty smelly one. With a minumum insulation you could do something against the noise.
