We expected a much better experience, especially considering the money we spent and the length of our stay
Liked: Location and the bathroom was good.
Disliked: The property was not completely clean when we arrived. We were also told that cleaning could not be provided after three days, even though we were staying for six days. Cleaning was only available on the fifth day. We also had several issues with the kitchen. The coffee machine was not working and I had to complain about it. There were also not enough kitchen utensils, knives, and other basic items for us to use comfortably. We were given the last apartment, and unfortunately, we could not properly enjoy the afternoons because there was construction work taking place above us. The noise was disturbing and made it difficult to relax or spend time in the apartment. Another disappointing issue happened when we accidentally left behind a personal bag containing some personal belongings. When I contacted reception about it, the receptionist was very rude and told me that the cleaning ladies take these kinds of things for themselves. I found this comment very inappropriate and, honestly, difficult to understand. These belongings were not theirs, and I would have expected the staff to handle lost property professionally and return it to the guest rather than make such a comment. Finally, the person at reception was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which added to an already disappointing experience. Overall, we expected a much better experience, especially considering the length of our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, lack of kitchen equipment, construction noise, and the way some situations were handled by the reception staff made our stay quite disappointing.
Liked: Immaculate clean, very comfortable beds, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic welcome gift, a bottle of water in the fridge is priceless after a long and hot day! Very good location, the nearest metro (L2, purple) is 2 minutes walking, metro, rodalies, bus hub, El Clot is 8 minutes walk. Kebabs, cafe, bars, fruit and veggies shop, and many more in 1 to 5 minutes. Food store, Lidl all in 7-8 minutes. Aircon is perfect, view from the balcony is unique. On our last day we could leave our baggage at apartment store until 7 pm. We can't recommend enough this apartments, on a 0 to 10 scale it's 11!
