Fabulous
Nice location easy to travel to variety of destinations
Liked: Location and room clean
Disliked: Breakfast was not good and overall hotel overpriced for the room and breakfast, would recommend skipping breakfast and eat out
Excellent stay at Four Point Sheraton
Liked: Great location away from the crowded areas, extremely peaceful place. Very close to central Barcelona great connectivity by Bus and Metro, very close to glorias! Staff is excellent, David at the front desk was super helpful and very welcoming! Rooms are wonderful and exceptionally well managed
Disliked: Breakfast could do with better options
Staff was helpful location was excellent very nice hotel
Liked: Location Clean
Disliked: Na
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
Liked: Good location, short walk to main sites but lots of bars, restaurants nearby
Disliked: Nothing
Will never, ever go there again
Liked: The shower had good pressure. The staff upon booking were competent at best. The staff on checkout was better.
Disliked: There was not a lick of paper in the room except for the four pieces of writing paper with a pen by the phone. There were signs everywhere to use the QR code to get access to general information and the 24 hour room service menu. I tried at least 20 times and it did not work. The staff on checkout said she was aware of the ongoing issue as it was not new. I skied then why there was there no flyer or menu or some kind of paper communication to let people know as a backup. She “thought” there was. Unacceptable.
