  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Gonzala with our whole family. The host was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming from the very beginning. She explained everything clearly, gave us great recommendations about what to see and where to go in the area, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. She replied very quickly to all our questions and made us feel truly comfortable during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious muffins she left for us from a local bakery — such a thoughtful touch! The house itself is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and well cared for. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including very comfortable beds and cozy pillows. If we ever come back to Belmonte again, we will definitely stay at Casa de Gonzala. Highly recommended!

  Liked: The owners responded quickly to our questions Good heating system Good selection of crockery and pans Nice patio seating area Plenty of towels and extra, warm bedding Excellent shower, although the bracket didn't support the shower head when in use. So it was annoying

  Disliked: The Internet didn't work. The owners did come out to check it for us, and I thought it was fixed, but we weren't connected to the Internet, only the router. So that does need fixing for the next guests Gross toilet brush in what is a lovely modern, main bathroom Couldn't find a hairdryer Poor lighting in the main bedroom and kitchen None of the patio doors locked

  Exceptional

  Liked: Huge, cosy and clean apartment with beautiful view from the roof terrace. Great place to stay for a couple of days and enjoy the beauty of this small town. Good-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Friendly people and staff.

  Disliked: The owner obviously wasn't expecting any guests that day, so it tooks a little time to get into a flat.:)
