  Liked: Nestled in a spectacular mountain setting, this hotel offers breathtaking views that make every moment feel special. Waking up to the scenery each morning was an experience in itself. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its exceptional team. Every member of staff, regardless of department, was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to the entertainment staff, who were always full of energy and eager to bring people together with fun games and activities, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. After a day of exploring the mountains, it was something we looked forward to. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Overall, this hotel combines an outstanding location, wonderful hospitality, excellent food, and comfortable accommodation. It’s a place we would happily return to and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

  Very nice stay in Cerler during summer

  Liked: Perfect location in the town of Cerler, cute to walk around and close to the 3 Waterfall hike. We also did the hike to Benasque, but with the car is 5 min. The hotel had free parking which was great. Check in was super easy and the personal were friendly. The room was very big and comfortable (we had one without balcony). You could hear the river which in my case I love it. The bed was comfortable enough. The shower was nice. We had a desk and a chair. The pool is ok, and the garden is nice, but it does get busy in summer. Still very nice to enjoy it. We didn't get to try the bar. In general price/quality was good, I would go back.

  Disliked: The stuff during the breakfast and dinner was super stressed. Sometimes they were rushing and taking your plate without even asking you if you were done. Honestly, we wanted to relax during our holidays, but the people working there was so stressed and almost screaming at each other that made us stressed too. Breakfast was really good, but the dinner was ok, nothing too special.

  Exactly as I remembered it

  Liked: Used to spend a week there to ski every winter as a child in the 90's: not much has changed, in a positive way. It still has that laid-back, cozy atmosphere, with children running around and adults playing boardgames while enjoying their drinks. Staff continues to be extremely attentive. We will definitely come back!

  Disliked: Sadly, the ski-lifts could not open due to strong wind for several days and we were not able to ski at all, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Only hotel-related observation: pool was rather cold...
