Very good
Great location and reasonably confortable
Liked: Great location with swimming pool, secure parking and reasonably well equipped house with two bathrooms and a combi boiler (no water tank so no worries of running out of hot water). Has most commodities like dish washer, washing machine and a fair amount of toiletries
Disliked: Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours talking and using water. The apartment needs some improvement, like a missing exterior shutter, poor outdoor furniture or a couple of stove gas fires that don't work. No air conditioning so it can bee warm on hot days. It is a ground floor
