  Fabulous food, great location, atmosphere and staff

  Liked: We stayed 8 nights with full board. The hotel has a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere due to the excellent staff. It’s a great location for the beach and there is a nearby bus stop for Rototmon. The food was absolutely delicious, great quality and variety. A very big thank you to the Bersoca staff.

  Liked: The main thing I loved about this hotel were the staff, they were all so friendly and accommodating. In particular Ignasi on the bar and Maricarmen on reception. The hotel was very comfortable and having the pool was a bonus. The room was basic but had everything you need. Nice powerful shower and a comfy bed. The bonus was a small balcony. It was a little further from the main town than I had anticipated so if you want somewhere centrally for the night, you might need a taxi, however there were still plenty of places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk and everything is accessible via foot, just a bit of a longer walk. I wanted some peace and quiet and this hotel gave me exactly that. I would definitely go back and would like to thank all the staff there for making my stay so comfortable.

  Exactly what we needed

  Liked: Breakfast was great, and brilliant that you are reserved a table for your stay, nice and easy. Plenty of choice. Room had everything we needed, basic but with a lovely balcony and very clean. Loved that we could log into Netflix too. Massive Supermarket 2 mins away and less than 5 mins walk to the beach and nearest bus stops. We were gifted Cava and given cold glasses to mark our anniversary which was a really nice touch. Reception staff were always so helpful. Great stay!

  Disliked: I’d love a kettle in the room so we could make a cuppa and watch the sunrise before breakfast.

  Staff was amazing

  Liked: The staff, 100%! Extremely friendly and welcoming. They even tolerated my wife's decent Spanish and my super broken Spanglish. The breakfast was really nice and gave a decent selection of continental and, though I hate it, full English. The fridge in the room was a nice touch. 3 minute walk to the stoney beach, 7 minute walk to sandy beach (to the right). Not sure if there was sand closer to the left.

  Disliked: The room could really have used some drawers 1 or 2 to help declutter the room. Same with the bathroom, another shelf could have made it a little easier. All of my toiletries needed to be packed up after use to give my wife maximum space.
