  Really gone downhill

Liked: The pool area and cafe adjoined

Disliked: Got stuck in lift 4 times. Still not work properly after 2 weeks. There was a medical emergency and could not get hold of the reception. Just a ring door bell and no one answered lucky maintenance man there called a Ambulance, no clean sheets or towels over 2 week stay

nice comfortable apartment in the heart of rincon de loix

Liked: Excellent location - stones throw from levante beach and the strip. Many supermarkets, shops and bars nearby. Great sea views. Warm blankets, nice staff. Received deposit back smoothly.

Disliked: WiFi connection was unstable on 11th floor and had to buy additional data from phone provider - also no smart TV so if you want YouTube, Netflix etc during your stay it might not be the best. Also didn't receive email replies from the property when I was messaging questions to them prior to stay via booking.com regarding when the rest of the monies would be taken (they were taken when I arrived ) but once I got to Benidorm it was easy to get in to the property and everything was explained.
