  Hotel had everything we needed

  Liked: The location was great for what we wanted. The staff were fantastic...especially reception. If I was to return to Benidorm, I'd look to stay at this hotel again.

  Handy stay for needs,Only 1night had booking for apartments next door

  Liked: The location was good. The checking in was good,all the staff we met were friendly and attentive.

  Disliked: Over priced for the size and quality of the room.Tired decor, beds uncomfortable.Breakfast overall range is good, but the English breakfast product are poor, the toaster and coffee machine are insufficient for the volume of residents.

  Disappointing hotel

  Liked: Good location, far away from all the noise but only 10-15 min walk.

  Disliked: We got no sun on the balcony, the food was standad and basically, paid for full board but this wasn't not including any drink at all which was disappointing especially at meal times the spa was not included in full boad only all inclusive which again was disappointing and also was not advertised. Over all disappointing
