  Disappointing

  Liked: The staff at the reception and restaurant were polite and friendly. The hotel is located in a hill, but very close to the beach. There are restaurants and bars close by too. The rooms have a coffee machine, which is great.

  Disliked: Rooms: We were disappointed with the size of the room; we booked three different rooms and they were all the same size whether for one or four people. The air conditioning stopped working a few times during the night. Also, I don't recommend staying on floor 11 due to constant noise from the floor above (I assume from chairs/furniture moving in the bar above). The TV didn't work. The shower was either too hot or too cold, and our room didn't have water a few times for several hours during the week we stayed there. The door lock was broken, too. Swimming Pool: I was expecting a relaxing week having a drink by the pool, but this is really impossible at this hotel. The pool area is overcrowded and they have long queues before opening time where people literally fight for chairs. The swimming pool looks old and dirty, and one of our family members suffered whiplash going down a water slide (don't use it, it's old and lacks maintenance). There's also a general bad smell around the pool area and the floor is sticky due to dirt from drinks and food. Bars: This was likely the biggest disappointment for me. The cocktails are pre-made and taste like water and chemicals. The bars always have long queues and the staff are not polite. It feels like they are doing you a favor by serving you a drink. Restaurants: The restaurants are always serving the same food, and two of us got food poisoning and decided not to eat any food from the hotel during the last couple of days of our stay. Facilities: The hotel needs refurbishing. Everything looks old, lacks maintenance, and disappointed us. We paid thousands of euros each to have a good resort trip with relaxing times, but sadly it didn't happen. In general: I'm sure Benidorm has lots of other places to stay, but I do not recommend going unless you are a young person looking for nightlife. Also, avoid going in August, the heat is just so intense it's not worth it.

  Great location lovely stuff but the building needs refurbished

  Liked: The stuff were nice the location the foods were good

  Disliked: The room wasn’t clean enough the shower head was mouldy. The hallway was very hot not AC on at all. The rooms needs refurbished was looking old
