Good
Nice place to stay in a great town
Liked: Room was spacious for a single and comfy, even in the heat of August. The location was just far enough off the main square to make it easy to find without much extra walking coming from and getting back on the Camino Ingles. I also accidentally happened to be there the night they did the balloon and fireworks for the Festival of San Roque, which I'd totally plan around if I ever go back. Very fun to see it, and also nice to be able to walk to it easily and then quickly get back to the hotel to get some sleep after. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there's a nice laundromat across the street.
The Hotel Villa de Betanzos have seen better days. It is in a badly need of a facelift
Liked: This hotel have seen better days. It is walking distance from downtown Betanzos and has parking available. The staff was very nice and gave us a map of the city and provided some recommendations.
Disliked: The whole hotel is in badly need for a facelift. It was probably a good hotel 30 years ago. Room and bathroom were very basic, bed was so-so.
Muy bueno
Liked: Great location for the Camino ingles
Disliked: Bed not very comfortable - sheets didn’t fit the bed
Liked: Everything
Not worth what we paid. I would definitely look elsewhere
Liked: Front staff was very nice
Disliked: No air conditioning. Bed was 2 rollaways pushed together. Some lights didn’t work. Extremely noisy neighborhood.
