  Ghost hotel, don’t book!

  Liked: The location of the hotel in Biescas is perfect, next to the old city center and walking park.

  Disliked: It was a ghost hotel. The restaurant/bar is closed, no entertainment, no staff! Just a silly display to talk to when checking in. Not worth the money, a few 100 mtrs further for the same money you get a hotel with all amenities including a pool. We chose this hotel because we liked it last year, next year we go back to Biescas but different hotel. I wish we cold get our money back:-(

  Overall, it was ok

  Liked: We loved the location, proximity to parking, great value, cleanliness, and communication.

  Disliked: The walls are paper-thin. We were kept awake by a young family with yelling and crying. We understand traveling with families, but perhaps they might be more separated from others?

  Virtual check in, no staff on site at all

  Liked: It was ok

  Disliked: Virtual check in was a complete pain. Very very frustrating, couldn't get help using phone as no answer, ended up walking to their other hotel for assistance..awful experience after a long drive.

  Great spot if you can deal with virtual check-in

  Liked: This hotel is in a central location in the village of Biescas up in the mountains. Everything there is very convenient. It has a bar/pub and a separate Michelin-mentioned restaurant attached to the hotel. There is a small elevator to access rooms and avoid carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. The rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms with amenities.

  Disliked: The only thing we disliked about the hotel was the virtual assistant check-in. A computer screen does not replace a live person for the purposes of greeting guests and providing crucial information about where to park, where to eat, etc. The virtual babe told us to park across the street, but it turns out that's a loading zone for commercial vehicles only, so it's just lucky we didn't get a ticket. Very unsatisfactory.
