  Hotel reflects city. Old town locale and modern vibes combined. Fantastic!

  Liked: Breathtaking room! Huge space with the biggest bed I've ever slept in and a wonderful view of the Basque terrain. Clean, modern and a bathroom to match, only myself and partner in the room but would have accommodated a small family. Always loads of staff on hand as well. I can't fault this place. 10/10 What can I say about the famous breakfast buffet? If I could give it 11/10, I would. So much choice and all top quality. I was a little bit perplexed by the coffee machines as they use pods, but no complaints, I'm just a bit old-fashioned! 10/10 for the breakfast buffet. Modern, bright vibe.

  Disliked: I liked everything about this place. However it sits at the top of a steep bank. This could prove problematic for those who are not good on their feet, although there is a bus stop right outside so easily dealt with. Around a 10 minute walk into the Old town but the walk back is uphill, so bear that in mind. It actually benefitted us as we got caught in the flash flood on 3/10/26! Hugely exciting and the fact that the hotel was high up was a great help. I loved this place and would not hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Bilbao. This gets a solid 10 from me 👏

  Great place to stay in Bilbao

  Liked: Great central location and facilities. We had a very comfortable room with a nice view. Walking distance from the centre and in a nice area.
