Exceptional
Liked: Excellent breakfast with much choise
Liked: Good location. Besides the coach, tram station. Walking distance to Guggehein and the old town. Supermarket and cafes close at hand. Spacious room. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing.
Very convenient location, extremely clean and comfortable beds
Liked: The location is excellent for reaching public transport (right above the intermodal bus station) which was ideal for us because we arrived by bus. The bed was very comfortable and we were offered an upgrade to a superior room for €20 per night. The breakfast was abundant and had lots of options but was not quite the quality you would expect for the level of hotel. The prices are relatively high for a room, even though we were off season.
Disliked: The quality of food at breakfast was a little low. Rooms a little expensive considering that it was off-season. There were no slippers in the rooms.
Liked: Nicely situated for football stadium. Cleanliness very good.
Disliked: Staff at check in and check out were very slow and surly. No discount for parking.
Absolutely brilliant
Liked: Location was perfect very helpful staff
Disliked: English breakfast tea bags
Great for a short stay in Bilbao at a reasonable price
Liked: Very centrally located, just next to a metro station. Room was really spacious and well fitted out.
Disliked: No complaints
